Ms. Anagha is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, specializing in crafting individualized, tailor-made treatment plans to address each patient’s unique needs. Her expertise in rehabilitation, combined with evidence-based techniques, enables her to provide personalized care that promotes both short-term recovery and long-term wellness.
She has completed Level 3 Kinesio taping, a therapeutic technique designed to support and stabilize muscles and joints without restricting movement. This technique is particularly beneficial for reducing pain, improving circulation, preventing injuries, and supporting the body's natural healing processes.
With over a year of experience in neuro-based rehabilitation, Anagha has developed a strong foundation in Bobath Neuro Therapy (also known as Neurodevelopmental Treatment, or NDT). This specialized approach is focused on helping individuals with neurological conditions, particularly those affecting movement and coordination, such as stroke, cerebral palsy, and traumatic brain injury. Bobath therapy promotes optimal motor function, enhances coordination and balance, and improves the overall quality of life for patients.
