Ana is also a certified Reiki practitioner and a proud member of the Canadian Reiki Association. TRAINING Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, a Postgraduate Certificate in Exercise and Sports Medicine, and a Master of Science in Translational Medicine from São Paulo State University (UNESP), where her passion for sleep science led her to research exercise-based interventions for obstructive sleep apnea, with findings presented at the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She has over 10 years of specialization in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, with extensive clinical experience gained across hospitals, maternity wards, and plastic surgery clinics. Her expertise spans aesthetic, post-surgical, post-cancer, and wellness applications. Her treatment approach is further complemented by advanced training in buccal massage, European sculptural facial massage. She has been a Reiki practitioner since 2022 and is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association.
