Amy, with over a decade of experience coaching MBA students at the University of Toronto, obtained a Master of Social Work to enhance her therapeutic skills. Utilizing the Internal Family Systems framework along with Solution-Focused Counseling, Dialectical, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she helps clients live more connected and joyful lives. With extensive experience supporting diverse individuals and a personal perspective gained from raising a child with a significant disability, Amy approaches therapy with compassion and understanding. She believes that all thoughts, behaviors, and emotions are understandable when viewed in context and aims to create a genuine, supportive, and sometimes humorous space for clients to explore their paths to positive change.
