About Me!
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, a mom of two, and the founder of Liminal Health & Wellness.
I have a soft spot for life’s in-between seasons. Pregnancy. Postpartum. The early years of parenthood. The moments where your body is doing incredible things while you’re wondering if you’ll ever drink a hot coffee again.
These seasons ask a lot of us, and I believe they deserve thoughtful care.
I’ve been an RMT for over 14 years, and I love helping people move with more ease, feel more comfortable in their bodies, and carve out an hour that’s just for them. My treatments are individualized, evidence-informed, and tailored to your goals, whether that’s preparing for birth, recovering after delivery, easing the physical demands of feeding and carrying little ones, or addressing those everyday aches and pains that seem to come with keeping tiny humans alive.
As a mom of two, I know firsthand that caring for yourself often ends up at the bottom of the list. My hope is that when you’re here, you don’t have to think about anyone else’s needs for a little while. You get to settle onto the table, take a full breath, and let someone take care of you for a change.
