I specialize in Swedish Massage Therapy and deep tissue massage techniques, and am well versed in methods to alleviate chronic pain and stress. I hold a certificate as a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario from the CMTO and have had training in Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Cupping. I also hold a certificate in Holistic Nutrition through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
