I have been a RMT for 10 years and am always continually learning. I focus my work in anatomy trains, myofascial decompression, and myofascial cupping therapy to help unwind the tissues bringing you into alignment. This technique is for those in acute injury, whiplash or concussion, sciatic or sacroiliac joint pain sufferers, chronic heel or foot pain, for those on the waitlist for a hip or knee replacement can benefit for pain management in the meantime, and for those that feel an imbalance in structure alignment causing repetitive strain with no relief.
I am also a RYT 500 yoga instructor and pilates instructor. I will often incorporate exercises within the treatment time to further your healing journey.
