I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a compassionate, family-centred approach to care. I’m passionate about supporting parents through pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping to ease physical discomfort, promote relaxation, and support the body’s natural recovery after birth. I also truly enjoy working with infants and children. I use gentle, age-appropriate massage techniques to support comfort, bonding, and overall wellness in a safe and nurturing environment. My goal is always to help both babies and parents feel calm, supported, and cared for. I believe every client is unique, so I take the time to create individualized treatment plans and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary settings when needed. Whether I’m supporting a growing family, a new parent, or a little one, my focus is always on providing thoughtful, safe, and nurturing care.
