I moved from Vancouver to Vernon in 2015 to enjoy a slower pace of life. I attended our local massage school OVCMT, graduating and becoming an RMT in 2022. I really enjoy helping to educate patients on their own bodies and you will often see me bring out my favorite text book to highlight muscles we worked into, point out traditional referral patters or inform patients on common nerve entrapment sites to help prevent compression symptoms.
I spend my free time in my garden, canning home grown and locally grown produce, relaxing by the bonfire, and enjoying my morning coffee with my cat curled up on my lap.
In March of 2024 I decided to take the leap and open a solo practice out of Cobblestone Clinic. While change can be scary I look forward to this new adventure and all the wonderful people I will meet along the way.
