With over 20 years of experience, she has become an expert at her craft, and her knowledge and skills are second to none. Having received her 2500-hour RMT Diploma in 2006 from the Somatics institute school of massage here in Edmonton, Amanda understands the body from multiple angles. She specializes in a targeted combination of deep tissue, myofascial release and relaxation techniques. She believes in the transformative power of incorporating movement and some stretching into her sessions, customizing her approach to meet the distinct needs of each patient. Amanda is a versatile practitioner who enjoys working with people from all walks of life. Her enthusiasm for health and wellness shines through in her practice.
