Amanda completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick in 2020. Her interest in Athletic Therapy was sparked during her time as a student trainer with the university’s men’s volleyball team. She went on to complete her Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College in 2024. Amanda is highly driven to help individuals feel and perform their best. Whether supporting an athlete’s return to competition, assisting a worker back to full duties, or simply improving someone’s comfort in everyday movement, she is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each person's unique goals.
