My philosophy is simple: healing isn't something we do to the body — it happens when we create the right conditions for the body to do what it was designed to do. Having experienced the impact of compassionate, whole-person care firsthand, I'm passionate about helping others reconnect with their health, resilience, and innate capacity to heal. My approach integrates acupuncture, somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle support to address both physical symptoms and the deeper patterns that often contribute to them. Every treatment is thoughtfully personalized — because no two people, and no two healing journeys, are ever the same. I support clients navigating chronic pain, stress and anxiety, hormonal and fertility concerns, digestive health, burnout, and many of life's transitions. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, hoping to regulate your cycle, preparing for pregnancy, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. By blending the timeless principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a modern understanding of the nervous system, I strive to help you find lasting relief while building long-term resilience. Outside the clinic, I'm a wife, mother of two, and lifelong learner who finds joy in nature, movement, and creating spaces where people feel safe to simply be themselves.
