About Amanda

Health and fitness have always been part of Amanda's life and became a passion for her from a very young age. Her love and appreciation for massage and physical therapies started due to injuries from various sports and her ability to recover because of different manual therapies she received. Amanda's passion is to offer those services to others to aid in the recovery from injuries and to help promote overall health and wellness. Amanda uses assessment skills and many manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy and cupping to help assess, treat, and prevent a variety of dysfunctions. Amanda's goal is to not only help her clients by assessing and addressing physical pain and dysfunction, but to also inspire a fundamental shift in how we perceive our own health.
