About Amanda

Amanda Berger is a Registered Dietitian specializing in digestive health, women’s health, and chronic disease management. She provides personalized nutrition counselling to support clients with concerns such as IBS, bloating, and food intolerances; PCOS and hormone-related changes; fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition. Amanda also works with clients managing diabetes, high cholesterol, and heart health, and is passionate about helping people improve their energy and relationship with food through practical, sustainable strategies. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health from the University of British Columbia and her Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University, where she also completed a Certificate in Food Security. She is a registered member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and has experience in private practice, hospitals, family health teams, and community programs. Her approach is client-centered and supportive. Amanda believes nutrition should feel approachable and flexible, and she works with clients to create simple, realistic strategies that reduce stress and fit naturally into their lifestyle. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys trying new recipes, staying active, exploring Toronto’s food scene, and spending time with friends and family.
