Together, we’ll work to help you feel more grounded, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change. ###My Approach My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in nervous system regulation and somatic therapy. I integrate elements of CBT, DBT, attachment therapy, mindfulness, and cultural safety, tailoring my work to what each client brings. With over 14 years of experience in mental health and substance use, my background in social work, language education, and creative practices like dance and performance gives me flexibility, creativity, and a unique perspective. My own life experiences have also deeply informed my approach, helping me connect with clients in an authentic and compassionate way. I also support clients exploring identity, intergenerational trauma, and the ongoing impacts of colonization, including those with connections to residential schools, all within a culturally-safe and trauma-informed framework. ###Take the Next Step Based in British Columbia, I offer virtual therapy to clients in Ontario.
