About Alysha
Alysha graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy in the Philippines in 2020 and also
completed the Fitness and Health Promotion diploma program at Seneca Polytechnic in 2025.
She has experience working in a clinical setting, providing manual therapy and therapeutic
modalities, as well as working as a physiotherapy coach using Pilates-based exercises to
support clients with their rehabilitation and fitness goals.
She takes a patient-centered approach to care and enjoys helping clients improve their strength,
mobility, and confidence in movement. She is passionate about making rehabilitation a positive
and supportive experience for every patient. Alysha is currently working as a PTA at Core Physio.
