I offer a neuro-affirming space where your lived experience or your child’s is understood from your lens, at a pace that respects how you think and process. Together, we make sense of patterns and develop ways of moving forward that feel more aligned and sustainable. My approach integrates acceptance and compassion-focused therapies with practical strategies, including support for emotional regulation, masking, identity exploration, and burnout. I also provide structured guidance through diagnostic pathways for adults and children, including developmental history, standardized screening, and direction toward formal assessment where appropriate, along with recommendations for supports and accommodations. Therapy can help you or your child feel understood while building a more grounded and compassionate sense of self. Many clients begin to feel less overwhelmed, more confident in their needs, and better able to move forward in ways that truly fit.
