Allyshea is a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals and dyads (including couples, co-parents, parent–child, sibling relationships, etc.) aged 13 and older. Her approach to therapy is relational, relaxed, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel like a real conversation—one where clients are met with curiosity, compassion, and understanding. Her clinical orientation is informed by Adlerian and existential approaches, as well as incorporating elements of CBT, ACT, and RLT to support values-aligned change. She frequently works with men, clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, as well as individuals experiencing relationship and communication challenges, concerns related to self/identity, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
