About Allison

Allison started her career by obtaining an undergrad degree in Kinesiology at St. FX University in 2014. She then went on to get a Diploma in Professional Kinesiology at Lakehead University in 2015. Shortly after, she was trained in Fascial Stretch Therapy and started seeing clients as a physiotherapy assistant and building her own Kinesiology practice. After about 2 years she went back to school at the National Academy of Osteopathy to become a Manual Osteopath in 2019 and currently uses all the therapeutic tools she's developed to treat chronic pain and postural imbalances through the body. She also teaches chair yoga and various wellness classes at the reactive health Wellness Studio to help her clients maintain or even boost the results they get from one on one treatments.
