Allisen Rocko is a STOTT trained Pilates Reformer Instructor based in Victoria, BC. Her journey into Pilates began with a personal goal: to build core strength and improve overall wellness. That goal quickly turned into a passion for mindful movement and helping others feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to their bodies.
Allisen’s classes are welcoming, supportive, and designed for all Essential and Intermediate levels. She believes in creating a no-pressure environment where everyone can explore movement, build confidence, and have a little fun along the way. Whether you are brand new to Pilates or returning to your practice, Allisen invites you to join a caring community and discover the benefits of moving with intention.
