Allen is one of the only physiotherapists in Ottawa who holds both the FCAMPT (Fellows of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy) and CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) credentials, and has taught post-graduate physiotherapy courses through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. In addition to manual therapy courses, Allen has completed post-graduate courses in dry needling (IMS/IMT), movement assessment, functional testing and therapeutic exercise prescription. Allen’s interests include hockey, baseball, golf, running, and fitness training.
