Drawing on over 35 years of experience in energy medicine, I integrate a holistic perspective into every treatment. This means addressing the body, mind, and spirit to promote overall well-being. My journey began in 1997 with certifications in Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, EFT, and Law of Attraction. Today, I serve as a coach, mentor, trainer, and full-time hypnotist, helping countless individuals manage chronic pain and various health issues. I specialize in anxiety-related concerns, including performance, pain, social, general, driving, and weight-related anxieties. It is important to say that when the body relaxes it starts the healing process. It all comes together beautifully. My passion for hypnosis fuels my commitment to excellence. I have honed my skills through rigorous training at the Mike Mandel Hypnosis Academy, Jacquin Hypnosis Academy, Simpson Protocol, and the Canadian Hypnosis Association.
