I’m here to help you dive deep into the story of you, often starting where it all began, in those early childhood experiences that quietly shaped who you are today. Think of it as detective work for the soul, where we uncover old patterns, shine light on hidden wounds, and discover the strengths you may not even know you have.
I mix the best of both worlds: the rich depth of psychoanalytic exploration with modern, hands-on tools like DBT, EMDR, CBT, EFFT, inner child and shadow work, and even the Empty Chair technique. Every session is a chance to explore, experiment, and transform a space where healing feels alive, not stuck.
And because we’re more than just minds and behaviors, I love weaving in spirituality for a truly holistic approach, nurturing mind, heart, and soul. My goal? To create a safe, warm, and energizing space where you can laugh, reflect, cry, grow, and reconnect with the real, brilliant, resilient YOU.
