As a dietitian and counsellor, I specialize in counselling for eating disorders, divorce/separation, betrayal trauma, life transitions, spiritual abuse, domestic abuse, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety. I offer practical tools, evidence-based practices, safety and compassion to aid you in your goals and live with greater peace, authenticity, and self-trust.
