Hello! I’m Alisa and I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in November 2022. I have a business degree from Okanagan College and a background in accounting (both private and public practice). It was a huge pivot when I decided to pursue massage and I've never looked back!
I like to think that in a past or alternate life, I would have run away with the circus. I have a deep love for all aerials and pole, but everything from handstands to contortion fascinates me! This was a major factor in deciding to pursue massage therapy: to learn how our incredible bodies work and how to keep them healthy and strong!
I discovered my love for fitness as an adult and it has become an essential part of my life. It all started with dance! Now strength and flexibility training are my standards but I love trying different fitness regimes/classes like pilates, CrossFit, aerials, running etc.
My practice has a wide range from injury preventative care to pain management. I offer head and facial massage, which can be beneficial for headache management, as well as focused treatments or full body treatments. I will always try to provide a safe and judgement free space for every person. All different backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ folks, and SWers are welcome.
Online booking will only show 60 minute appointments, but I do offer 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 90 minutes as well; these just need to be booked directly by me!
