About Alisa
Hi, I'm Alisa Farina. I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #22768) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC #11246478) with a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology with Distinction and a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Youth Care. I am someone with an extensive background in mental health and well-being who strives to connect with clients in a way that feels safe, supported, and understood.
I work with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief. I worked in special education for 20 years where I had the opportunity to work with individuals with Autism and ADHD. I have spent 10 years in youth work, where I supported children, youth, young adults, and families. I have had the privilege of work with with many youth in care, young parents, and families.
