Alina is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Alina meets clients with humility and unconditional acceptance to set a foundation for growth that is built upon trust, safety, and collaboration. To attend to clients’ unique needs and preferences, her approach is also integrative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity affirming. Alina works within a holistic and culturally responsive, socially just framework that includes an intersectional lens.
Alina draws from psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioural therapies to foster hope, insight, and resiliency. She has experience providing individual psychotherapy to adults who present with anxiety, childhood trauma, complex PTSD, depression, family of origin issues, interpersonal challenges, and neurodiversity. Additionally, she is trained in crisis and applied suicide intervention skills.
