About Alicia
Alicia’s journey into Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about the human body, the nervous system, and the many factors that influence our ability to adapt, heal, and find balance.
She graduated from the Body Intelligence Training two-year practitioner program in 2022 and is registered with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America. Her approach is gentle and attentive, combining anatomical understanding with a quiet, hands-on presence. She supports people experiencing stress, pain, tension, and regulation challenges, creating space for the body’s own capacity for change and balance.
Before entering the field of Craniosacral Therapy, Alicia spent eleven years living in Southeast Asia, where she helped grow and manage a Canadian bakery café chain. Working alongside people from many different cultures and backgrounds shaped her appreciation for connection, resilience, and the unique experiences each person brings.
Alicia believes the body has an incredible capacity for change when given the right conditions. Her work is grounded in the understanding that sometimes healing is not about pushing harder but about creating enough space to listen, reconnect and allow the body’s own intelligence to emerge.
Outside the clinic, Alicia can usually be found in her garden, exploring the Okanagan, listening to podcasts, reading one of the many books she always has on the go or spending time around a campfire with family and friends.
