My passion for massage developed early in life, as I loved massaging friends and family while growing up. I dream of supporting people within my community by creating a safe space for healing and connecting. My goal is to help individuals feel freedom within their body experience. I believe the feeling of freedom brings connection of mind, body and spirit, allowing you to live life more fully. I apply client centered care by adapting treatment plans to best help people live a more peaceful life.
My treatment practice includes but is not limited to a starting conversation on your current goals, using techniques such as; myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilization, stretching, relaxation and deep tissue massage, and finishing treatment with patient education.
I have experience in treating individuals pre-op and post-op chest reconstruction/gender affirming surgery as well as hip and knee replacement surgery. I hope to continue supporting people in a full recovery post surgery.
In my free time you can find me exploring nature, cold plunging in the ocean, caring for gardens, sculpting clay, snuggling my cats or spending time with loved ones.
