I believe that the body is meant to move, and my passion is helping clients get back to their optimal self so they can enjoy life and all it has to offer. I believe that with proper assessment, communication, and a little sweat, a pain free life can be achieved. My goal is to work with you to build a positive therapeutic relationship to help you recover and succeed in your current and future movement goals.
I completed my Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, and received my Diploma in Massage Therapy from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.
