About Ali

Practicing since 2019, Ali takes a personalized, results-focused approach to massage therapy. As a lifelong athlete, he has developed a strong understanding of how the body moves, recovers, and responds to injury, which has shaped his treatment approach. Ali combines hands-on massage therapy with advanced techniques to help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support recovery. He graduated from the International Academy of Applied Health Sciences in Ottawa and has continued his education through advanced training in Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Fascial Manipulation, Cupping, and Taping. Whether working with an athlete recovering from an injury or a client looking to manage everyday aches and pain, Ali focuses on creating individualized treatments that address each client’s specific needs and goals.
