I am a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy and hold an Honours BSc in Kinesiology from York University in Ontario. With a background in movement science and experience as a kinesiologist performing ergonomic assessments, I have developed a strong understanding of biomechanics, posture, and how daily habits can contribute to pain and dysfunction.
My approach to treatment is client-centred and evidence-informed, combining hands-on therapy with education to help clients better understand their bodies and achieve meaningful, long-term results. I believe effective care goes beyond addressing symptoms; it involves identifying contributing factors, restoring function, and supporting clients in returning to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, I stay active through strength training, playing basketball, and working on my golf swing.
