About Alexie

Hi, I’m Alexie a Registered Massage Therapist, Fertility Doula, and Certified Pilates Instructor. I graduated from Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto in 2011, building a strong foundation in therapeutic massage to support overall wellness at every stage of life. My approach to care has been deeply shaped by my own fertility journey, including IVF, and my experience with pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. After returning to practice following maternity leave, I focused my work on supporting clients through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and surgical recovery with care that is both therapeutic and compassionate. I offer a holistic approach that combines hands-on treatment, mindful movement, and individualized support to help you feel more connected to your body and supported through each phase of life. I have additional training in Cesarean massage and rehabilitation, as well as MPS Scar Release Therapy. Having experienced a C-section myself, I understand the physical and emotional aspects of recovery and am passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function especially when it comes to scar tissue healing. I live in Guelph with my husband Tom and our son Liam, and I look forward to supporting you in your care.
