About Alex

Alex is a London area native, who has returned after earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy in Buffalo NY. Alex’s background is based in pain science education and chronic pain, treating Canadian Armed Forces members (active and retired), and puts a strong emphasis on functional rehabilitation. He uses manual therapy techniques, including instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (including cupping), spinal manipulation, and hands-on mobilization techniques. He treats orthopaedic injuries (knees, shoulders, ankle, neck and back), but also dizziness and vertigo, and has completed his level 1 concussion management with SHIFT. Whatever your starting point, Alex works with you to get you back to doing the things you love. He grew up playing Forest City Volleyball, but now spends time paddling, cycling, and climbing.
