Alex is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner who graduated from the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques in Montréal in 2020, and has been in clinical practice since 2018. She also holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Moncton in New Brunswick.
Alex is excited to be joining the team in Nelson and looks forward to connecting with and supporting the local community. She continues her practice in Golden, BC, where she has been based since 2021. She began her career in Québec in 2018, working in a sports medicine clinic and multidisciplinary setting, and spent two years supporting university athletes as part of a therapeutic care team.
Alex is passionate about helping each person reach their optimal physical potential—whether supporting athletic performance or helping individuals of all ages—from children to older adults, as well as throughout pregnancy—move with greater ease and live with less pain. Her approach is rooted in osteopathic principles, focusing on the body’s inherent ability to heal by addressing the underlying causes of imbalance and supporting each body’s unique process.
She has a particular interest in women’s health, offering dedicated support for concerns such as endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), menopause, and fertility.
