I've been practicing massage therapy for just over 8 years now and can honestly say I love it more and more every day! I enjoy helping my patients reach their goals, whether that be to relax, rehabilitate, or maintain their best physical function! Using a variety of techniques including deep tissue, fascial techniques, cupping, and acupuncture, I will work with you to create the best treatment plan for you! I encourage open communication in my treatment space, and also allow my space to be warm and welcome, as well as safe for all those that enter it!
