Preet was born and raised in Edmonton where she attended the University of Alberta and graduated from the Masters of Science Physical Therapy in 2018.
Preet includes manual therapy, IMS/dry needling, and exercise prescription into her practice. She believes that a thorough assessment is essential to finding the root cause of your pain or injury. Preet takes the time to educate her clients on the expected outcomes and how to optimize their recovery. She is a Certified Running Professional and offers Running Assessments for beginners to experienced runners. In addition, Preet has completed training in spinal manipulations and vestibular rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Preet enjoys trying new restaurants and she's always on the hunt for a good cookie! She also loves to go for long runs around the river valley. Preet looks forward to seeing you at the clinic!
