Hello and welcome to my page! As an RMT, I am grateful to be able to support people just like you with your health and wellness goals. Massage Therapy is not just a luxury or a treat, it is a treatment for many conditions of the body affecting the muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. It is also supportive of mental health and is an evidenced based treatment for anxiety depression. Prior to pursuing a career in Massage Therapy, I worked for many years in brain injury rehabilitation and found that many of my clients found a real benefit in body work such as Massage Therapy. I have also worked in the field of mental health and have a degree in Psychology from Dalhousie University. Please reach out if you'd like support with you health journey.
