About Aisling

Aisling (pronounced Aish-ling) holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia (UBC), a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Oncology from UBC, and a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University. Aisling’s physiotherapy practice is grounded in evidence-based care and centred around what matters most to her patients—whether that’s returning to work, sport, or everyday activities. She creates individualized treatment plans that combine exercise prescription, education, and manual therapy, with the goal of helping patients build the confidence and tools they need to reach their own goals. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and is currently completing the Canadian Orthopedic Division’s Advanced Integrative Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy program. Born and raised on Vancouver’s North Shore, Aisling grew up hiking, mountain biking, trail running, and skiing—activities she still loves today. She also volunteers as a coach for local Para-Nordic athletes, supporting accessible sport opportunities in her community. Aisling has experience treating a wide range of orthopedic/musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities and has a particular passion for helping fellow weekend warriors return to the activities they love.
