Hello, incredible Village clients!! I’m Aimee, and for the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working as a personal trainer, specializing in supporting women on their fitness journeys. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply passionate about empowering women to prioritize their health and well-being. Throughout my journey, I spent years not fully understanding what I was experiencing post-birth and during postpartum. I came to realize that what I was going through was not something I had to simply live with. This realization fuelled my determination to seek out knowledge and solutions, leading me to become a passionate advocate for women’s health and well-being during and after pregnancy. Drawing from my own struggles and triumphs, I’ve dedicated myself to sharing my knowledge and experience with fellow moms, helping them navigate the transformative journey of motherhood with strength and resilience. I hold certifications as a Somastery Therapy Facilitator, Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coach, Level 2 Certified Precision Nutrition Master Coach, Level 2 Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor, Consistency Coach, Empowered Performance Coach, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Specialist. Through personalized coaching and support, I empower moms to embrace their amazing miracle bodies, prioritize self-care, and cultivate a deep love and appreciation for themselves. Together, we’ll embark on a journey of healing, strength, and self-discovery, because every mom deserves to feel empowered and cherished on her unique path to motherhood.
