As a Registered Massage Therapist, I bring a strong athletic background and a deep appreciation for rehabilitation into every treatment. My passion for movement and recovery grew from years of competitive sports and personal experience with injury. After spending eight years living in Dubai, where I competed in soccer and softball at a high level, I experienced firsthand how effective rehabilitation and manual therapy can be. That journey led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education, followed by a diploma in Massage Therapy.
I enjoy working with active individuals and athletes of all levels, using a treatment approach that combines deep tissue massage, stretching, and sports recovery techniques to support performance, reduce pain, and prevent injury. Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me training in CrossFit, Mountain biking, or Hiking with my dog—activities that continue to shape my understanding of the physical demands placed on the body.
My goal is to help clients move better, recover faster, and feel stronger in their everyday lives.
