Aidyn Carr, is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2023.
With a background as a competitive dancer, Aidyn developed a strong passion for movement and its role in supporting overall function, mobility, and recovery.
Aidyn’s clinical approach focuses on restoring optimal movement patterns and reducing pain through fascial-based techniques, therapeutic massage, and movement-based therapies. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on improving mobility, supporting injury rehabilitation, and enhancing long-term musculoskeletal health.
Aidyn enjoys treating patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and pre- and post-pregnancy clients, and strives to provide evidence-informed care in a professional clinical setting.

RMT Hot Stone massage
Therapist will incorporate hot stones with static holds, or use the stones in their hands while massage to further aid in muscle relaxation. Sept 1st 2025 - price increase to $130
