Agustina De Benedetti - Clinical Director Hi, I'm Agustina, I hold a BA (Hons) in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist at the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). For more than 10 years I have been helping adult and senior clients overcoming challenges in their lives by offering tailored treatments for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, substance use, relationship and/or family difficulties, and life transitions (difficult breakups, divorce, immigration, retirement, etc.). I specialize and got a certification as a Mental Health Professional by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and volunteer at Fertility Matters Canada to better help my clients in their journeys for building their families when experiencing loss, infertility, assisted reproduction, and alternative family building). My style is conversational and down-to-earth. My approach to therapy is flexible and integrative: I adapt the therapeutic approach to better meet the needs of each client. I incorporate Attachment-based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness-based practices, Compassion-focused therapy (CFT), Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I work within a trauma-informed and culturally competent framework, and I'm committed to anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and inclusive practice. I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
