"Change is our only constant." I often find myself saying this to my clients as well as myself when undergoing a sudden change, challenged through a difficult event, or simply trying to navigate the stressors of everyday life. Sometimes it is difficult to manage or adjust to changes on our own and we need additional support. I hope that with my expertise I can walk alongside you to provide support when it is most needed and to help you navigate the emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and stressors that are getting in the way of your wellness. I have a special interest in working with youth, adults, families, and caregivers who are struggling with mood, personality disorders, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Treatment may utilize strategies from CBT, DBT, ART, Solution-focused therapy, art therapy and other approaches.
