About Adriene

Adriene is a DOMP candidate who has worked in the fitness, health and wellness industries for over twenty years. She is a Manual Therapist, Certified Craniosacral Therapist, Thai Massage/Massage Practitioner, Visceral Manipulation Practitioner, SOMA (Training and Therapy) Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Assisted Stretching, Pilates and Yoga Master Instructor. Adriene first studied Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation while enrolled in a Manual Therapy program in 2006. She then met her late, dear teacher and mentor, a phenomenal French Osteopath who encouraged her to study Manual Osteopathy. Adriene studied directly with him for 9 years learning thousands of techniques, different ways to view the body and several hundred hours of practical experience. Adriene currently manages two Studios and works with a variety of people including professional athletes, people with chronic pain and injuries, Trauma, Concussions, Prenatal/Postpartum, anxiety/stress, Craniosacral, neuromuscular, neurological and visceral issues and women’s health, including fibroids and menopause.
