Hello! I’m Adnan, a recent graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where I earned a Master of Practice in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology degree from McMaster University. My lifelong passion for human anatomy and mechanics has resulted in dedicating my time and efforts in understanding how our bodies move, adapt and heal. I am deeply committed to understanding your concerns by applying a whole-body approach in identifying and addressing the root cause while supporting the body’s innate and natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate.
