Adnan specializes in helping people improve movement, function, and overall well-being through a whole-body osteopathic approach.
His approach focuses on understanding the ROOT cause of dysfunction rather than simply treating the area where symptoms appear. By looking at how the body moves, adapts, and functions as a whole, he works to identify underlying imbalances and support the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate.
Care is personalized to each patient, with a focus on restoring proper movement, function, and circulation while addressing the individual factors that may be contributing to their concerns.
Adnan holds a Master of Practice in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
