About Adam
Adam graduated in 2021 from Eastern Academy in St. John's with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. He is an active member in good standing with the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapy Association (NLMTA) and the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador (CMTNL). Adam grew up in Paradise and has been involved in the community for a number of years. His goal is to help patients relieve pain through treatment plans specific to each individual, and he is committed to finding the best techniques for every patient. Adam has experienced injuries and pain of his own and found massage therapy to be one of the best treatments that helped him recover. This gives him extra appreciation and understanding of his patients and what they are experiencing. In his spare time, Adam loves to be active by playing sports such as soccer, resistance training at the gym, hiking on the East Coast Trail, and spending time with family and friends.
