About Adam

Adam became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 2015 after pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Human Kinetics from Laurentian University and further continuing his formal education at Sheridan College graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy. As an Athletic Therapist, Adam specializes in the assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries applied through a sports medicine model using manual techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription. He believes that communication and patient education are the foundations for an effective rehabilitation program and has found a way to apply his expertise to clientele ranging from the general population to elite athletes. Adam believes in a multidisciplinary approach to recovery, drawing inspiration and knowledge from fellow health practitioners and always strives to grow by learning new and effective means to better treat his patients, which is evident in the upcoming pursuit of his RMT license in the Fall of 2018 on a part-time basis
