About Adam

Adam is a caring physiotherapist with a Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. Adam is passionate about helping people of all ages recover from injuries and return to the activities that are meaningful to them. His approach combines individualized exercise therapy, hands-on treatment, and education to develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and needs. Having grown up playing hockey and competing at the junior level, Adam has experienced firsthand the physical and mental impact that injuries can have on a person’s life. These experiences have shaped his belief that effective physiotherapy is about more than simply treating an injury; it is about treating the whole person and understanding the physical, mental, and personal factors that influence their recovery. He strives to build strong therapeutic relationships with his patients, understand what matters most to them, and work together to help them achieve their goals. Originally born in Ireland, Adam moved to Canada when he was nine years old. He fell in love with Victoria while completing his Master of Physical Therapy and is now proud to call Victoria home. Outside of the clinic, Adam enjoys staying active through surfing, biking, working out, and swimming. He also enjoys playing video games and piano. Adam looks forward to getting to know his patients.
