Whether you are dealing with an injury, have been in pain for years, want to enhance your performance, or simply relax, Adam can address your needs. He utilizes a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, deep tissue releases, stretching, and joint mobilizations to meet your goals. Adam is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
As team RMT for the Coquitlam Express of the BCHL, Adam also treats hockey players and staff alongside a multidisciplinary medical team.
Adam has completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University, with an Active Health and Rehabilitation Concentration, and a certificate in Health & Fitness Studies. After completing his degree, he pursued massage therapy because of his interest in sports, appreciation of the complexity of the human body, and promoting health and wellness in a fulfilling manner.
Outside of the clinic, Adam enjoys keeping active. He loves challenging the body through strength training and also participates in recreational soccer and hockey leagues. He also enjoys camping, lounging at the beach, and planning the next travel destination.
